Helen 1 level 3 This is a great flowing and controlled mat based routine starting with a standing warm up. Some clever additions put into the poses to make it more interesting and challenging.

Jo An excellent routine, quite floor based (on the knees) and is constantly lengthening and mobilising your back and shoulders and opening the hips : ) The core killer at the end is good fun and a real challenge.

Original Routine This is the Original routine that you worked with on purestretchcore. It’s a great simple routine to start with. You will need a purestretch band.
Level 2
Cherry I love this floor-based routine with 72yr old Cherry, not ideal for those who can’t weight bear on their knees. Adaptations can be made for those with toe and wrist issues though.
Level 3/4
Max This is a simple routine so you can really take your time teaching it.There is some work in all 4’s but you know the alternatives. A popular class as just about everyone can do this.
Level 2/3
Kenny I really like this routine and it’s best taught after a standing warm up. You need weights for this routine. Quite achievable and an easy one to learn and deliver.
Level 2
Aaron This is a nice floor-based routine that’s pretty achievable for everybody. There is a section working the upper back in this routine which can be gradually built up to the hardest option of having arms and legs lifted.
Level 2/3
Pat This routine is a combo of floor and standing work and is really great for those who want take it up a notch. Make sure you have a few thin blocks available to help with any knee issues.
Level 4
John This routine is a great to progress even further, so is fab for those purestretch fanatics you’ve been teaching a while. I like to work to the beat on this one, to get the heart rate up. You have poses like Down Dog and Swan and great core challenges .. it’s a real hit! .

Marty In this mainly floor-based routine there is a bit more of a focus on the hips. You will need blocks to hand to sit on for those with tight hips, hamstrings and backs. Nice finish in standing at the end.

Tom This first half of this routine can be quite challenging, but the second half is seated and although challenging is definitely achievable for most. Have blocks to hand for those who may struggle.
Level 4
Gus This is a good floor-based routine that is achievable for most. Have some blocks to hand for those who struggle to sit tall in seated. There’s good teaching points on the glute exercises.

Ceri 2 This routine is a great combination of standing and floor work with use of the over ball and stretch strap. It’s got a lovely flow to it with some nice new movements and stretches.

Jay I really like this floor-based routine. You will need blocks/cushions to hand as there is quite a lot of seated work and those with tight hips, hamstrings and backs will need the them to achieve good form.

Andrew This is a great routine, a mix of standing and floor work. You will need blocks for this routine.
Level 5
Phil This is a great routine with stronger poses and quite a few moves, so you need to rehearse it quite a bit. The second half although on the floor is almost as tough as the first but this class is really popular!

Ollie This is a really varied floor based routine that really works through the entire body and gives you a bit of a workout as well as a brilliant stretch. It is quite a tough routine for knees but you know the alternatives. There is a lot to learn is this routine so spend some time on this .. it’s worth it
