Marty has no issue with his knees and really wants to open up his hips. He’s more keen on floor work than standing

 

In this mainly floor-based routine we work through the whole body but there is a bit more of a focus on the hips.

You will need blocks to hand for this routine as there is quite a lot of seated work and those with tight hips, hamstrings and backs will need to sit on the block to get into good form.
