Phil is a tough cookie and loves a challenge. He prefers standing poses for strength and length. Although he has issues with his knees he manages this routine with great instruction.
This is a great routine with the stronger poses that Phil prefers, there are quite a few moves in this so you need to rehearse it quite a bit ; )
The second half although on the floor is almost as tough as the first but this class is really popular!
