Andrew loves a challenge and much prefers to start the class with standing work. He’s quite strong and likes the stronger poses of purestretch.

 

You will need blocks for this routine. You can teach it without the blocks if you want but you wont get the same feedback and it can be harder without the block to provide extra support. This is a great routine, I love to get the class up off the floor!
