Gus is so easy going, a bit like this routine. He really enjoys this as he can do most of the poses even with his dodgy knee

 

This is a floor-based routine that is achievable for most with a bit of a challenge in the seated positions.If anyone struggles with the knee folds then give them an alternative ; )

Have some blocks ready for those who struggle to sit tall in seated and who may have tight hamstrings or sore knees.
