You can opt for either a standing warmup or lying down, depends on how energetic your class is feeling.

This routine is constantly lengthening and mobilising your back and shoulders and opening the hips : ) The core killer at the end is good fun and a really challenge that always makes the class laugh lots … Enjoy!
