Some of the topics you will cover during this course are how to structure classes or one-on-one session, how to use bands to improve mobility, flexibility and strength and the role of resistance bands in modern gym culture and how it can support muscle building, recovery, and overall performance

As a natural bodybuilder, resistance stretching is something Patrick is incredibly passionate about and has partnered with Ci the founder of Purestretch to build your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and help you become the go-to expert in resistance band stretching.

Loop Your Bands!

When your bands arrive in the post you will need to create an extra loop, so that you can hold the bands with both hands ..
