I love this 45 minute routine, it’s easy to follow and gets into lots of tight muscles, particularly the back. The balance track is challenging but it feels great when you perfect it …and the core .. love it!

There may be those who would like to work with a block on the seated stretches, and use weighted balls for the core role ups and of course there is the option of a block under the shin when kneeling ?
