“Album 4”

A challenging 45 minute routine that stretches the entire body with a pretty tough Balance track. You have the option to introduce a pole or chair to help with poor balance initially .There’s a few tracks that may be challenging for dodgy knees but I do feel the routine is doable! There may be those who would like to work with a block for under the shins and a block to sit on for tight hips/ hamstrings.

 

What you might need..

  • A thin  Block for under the shin so the knee is not resting on the floor
  • Hard cushion to sit on for tight hamstrings and hips
  • A pole or chair .. anything you have to help with balance!
