Stretching is such an important part of your exercise regime as it allows your muscles to lengthen. Lengthened muscles work better, move better and look better!

 

For you to get the most out of your workouts you need to incorporate stretching into every session. Tight muscles restrict movement which means that your not getting the most out of that ab workout!
