Before you get going on your exercise routine, please have a little read of the information below. If you have any concerns about your physical ability to participate in any of the classes on purestretchhome then please consult your doctor before taking part.


Whilst purestretch has provided these exercise routines, we strongly recommend that you consult your Doctor before undertaking any exercise. You must acknowledge that there are inherent risks in taking physical exercise and you know of no medical reason why you should not undertake a purestretchhome exercise programme. Stretching is such an important part of your exercise regime as it allows your muscles to lengthen. Lengthened muscles work better, move better and look better!


For you to get the most out of your workouts you need to incorporate stretching into every session. Tight muscles restrict movement which means that your not getting the most out of that ab workout!
