EXERCISE DISCLAIMER

Whilst purestretch has provided the exercise routines on the website, we strongly recommend that you consult your Doctor before undertaking any exercise. You must acknowledge that there are inherent risks in taking physical exercise and you know of no medical reason why you should not undertake a purestretch exercise programme. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise programme, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or in this exercise programme, you agree that you do so at your own risk, or voluntarily participating in these activities assume all risk of injury to yourself and agree to release and discharge purestretch from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown arising out of purestretch’s negligence .
Any user of this exercise program assumes the risk of injury resulting from performing exercises or using suggested equipment. Extreme care must be taken in selecting and using properly maintained exercise equipment at all times. Purestretch accepts no liability for any damages caused during, or as a result of, a purestretch exercise programme.
The instruction and advice presented are in no way a substitute for medical advice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Purestretch reserves the right to modify or cancel any event. If we do cancel, we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund for the course, excluding any expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENT

From the date of enrolling on an online course you have 3 months to complete the course.

EMD UK OPEN BURSARY FUNDING

The Open Bursary significantly lowers the fee of the purestretch training course. In order to be eligible for this you will need to agree to the following terms and conditions:
Personal and Professional Criteria
To be eligible for funding, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be actively teaching in England within 1 month of completing your training.
• Be able to demonstrate how the training will increase participation or improve the retention of current class participants within the group exercise industry.
• If applying for funding to complete Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training, you must hold one of the following Cimspa Accredited qualifications:

• Level 2 Fitness Instructing
• Level 2 Group Training to Music
• Level 2 Group Training
• Level 2 (DFQ) Exercise, Movement and Dance
• Level 3 Personal Trainer
• Level 3 Yoga
• Leve 3 Pilates qualification.
• You must upload a copy of your certificate as part of the application process.
You can apply for 90% of funding towards the purestretch online course.
If you have received Open Bursary Funding via EMD UK and fail to complete the course within the 3 months of signing up, you are obligated via these terms and conditions to pay, within 30 days purestretch the full amount of the course less your initial payment on the date of purchase.

TEACHING TERMS & CONDITIONS

In order to teach using the purestretch name you must have passed the purestretchcore course and be paying for purestretchpro. Claire can you take this out ..You must have an NVQ Level 2 to teach purestretch. Qualifying from the purestretch course does not authorise you to teach fitness classes. As a licensed purestretch instructor you are expected to act as an ambassador of the company at all times. Should purestretch feel you have acted in any way unprofessional and/or detrimental to the company, we reserve the right to revoke your teaching status with immediate effect.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PURESTRETCH AND AFFILIATES DO NOT ACCEPT OR ASSUME LIABILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE MERCHANDISE. FURTHER, IN NO EVENT WILL PURESTRETCH OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO A SALE OF MERCHANDISE EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. PURESTRETCH AND ITS AFFILIATES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE MERCHANDISE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SUCH MERCHANDISE. ORDERS

As the entire purestretch online course content is immediately accessible upon purchase, the right to cancel will be lost.
All orders with EMD UK Open Bursay Funding code are expected to complete the within 3 months of signing up. Failure to complete the course within the 3 months results in purestretch receiving the full amount advertised at that time for the course from yourself less your initial payment on the day of signing up.

All orders placed through the Website are subject to Purestretch’s acceptance. After your order has been placed, we will provide you with an email confirming our receipt of your order. The confirmation you receive does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Rather, we are only confirming our receipt of your order. Purestretch may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment card or payment method has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled by Purestretch, we will issue you a refund. Your order will be deemed accepted upon its shipment and your receipt of a shipment confirmation of your order.
While we want everyone to be able to enjoy our Merchandise, we may, in our sole discretion, not accept an order or limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Some reasons we may do so include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Orders that appear to be shipped to a freight forwarding company for re-shipment.

• Orders, in our sole discretion, that we suspect to be fraudulent. We reserve the right to cancel or not accept any order that we suspect to have been placed as a result of fraudulent activity. We further reserve the right to cancel or not accept subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history.
• Orders connected to previous credit card disputes.
If your order has been processed and shipped, you may return the Merchandise you ordered pursuant to the terms.
