This online workshop is perfect for instructors who would like to feel very confident in teaching stronger stretch sequences similiar to yoga and gain more confidence in teaching cues and skills. The tempo of this class is quite upbeat, the choreography is challenging and the core can be a killer but you are still having lots of fun with flexibility.
