Lazy...lazy...lazy glutes- work it, work it, work it! You will need to loosen the hip flexors first to allow the glutes to work properly... it's all about balance.

When you sign up for the online course, you’ll have access to our private Facebook Group, a really friendly variety of Instructors, Therapists, Osteopaths etc which is quite handy if you fancy a quick chat, have a question or want to share something. You also have Zoom catch ups with the Tutor Team and … we are always at the end of an email or phone.
