It’s always nice to give your body time to recover or simply take some time to relax. This is why we have added Section 7 .. this is your time to chill. If you’d like to join Elly in relaxation, make sure you pop an extra layer on as your body temperature may drop and find a comfortable position to relax in.. maybe put a pillow under your head of one under your knees? Lights down, volume down and .. rest.
