Aaron is a really gentle guy who gets on with anyone and everyone. We want to build his confidence so have created a routine that he can do without any alternatives.

This is a floor based routine that gradually works through the body with equal measures of strength and length. The core work is all unilateral so there is options to move one leg at a time or to keep one leg rested to the floor.

There is a section working the upper back in this routine. This can be gradually built up to the hardest option of having arms and legs lifted. This allows your participants to stay at a level that works for them. Have a look in 10 minute tips and this section is taught in stages there.
