Welcome to purestretch!
Here you have a short routine for a full body stretch, some fab core conditioning and then some specific stretching for those tight areas!
- Calf and Shoulder Stretch
- Hip Flexor and Glute Stretch
- Hamstring and Back Stretch
Below each specific stretch is a downloadable transcript PDF of the stretch so you can download it, print it off and have it with you at home, at work, at the gym.. wherever!
After you’ve done your workout you can grab a cup of tea and learn about your hamstrings- where they are, what they do, what problems they can cause and how to stretch them effectively with good form.
So, when you’re ready… clear some space, grab your mat and let’s go!
Before you get going on your stretch routine, please have a little read of the information below. If you have any concerns about your physical ability to participate in any of the exercises then please consult your doctor before taking part.
