Our main aim in purestretch is to keep everyone moving.. you gotta move to improve! Our classes are designed to mobilise and stretch the entire body whilst constantly challenging the core. Classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and most importantly enjoy.

After a purestretch course you will have the confidence to encourage deeper stretching, teach effective, challenging core exercises and most importantly create balance to a fitness routine.

The purestretch course is broken into two parts, an online element and then the face-to-face training day.

The online content covers:

  • Preparation and stretching techniques
  • Analysis of stretch reflexes
  • The do’s and don’ts of stretching
  • Identifying weaknesses
  • Core & stretch combined
  • Know your muscles
  • The role of a PureStretch instructor
  • Prepare for Part Two

The practical day is really hands on, we will teach you how to be very comfortable and confident in your 1-2-1 skills in a class environment and ensure that you enjoy your time spent with the purestretch team.

Then the practical day consists of:

  • Review online material
  • Hands-on technique
  • The point-to-point of stretching
  • Participation in a purestretch class
  • Practice, practice and practice!
