Purestretch will develop your knowledge through a variety of online content, videos, discussion and. By introducing fitness and flexibility to a client’s programme you will emphasise how exercise can help not only in a class environment but also at home and in the office. You will learn how to accommodate individuals with limitations and inspire people to become more active and feel happier about themselves and how to communicate all of this in a welcoming and professional way.
